New dogs in Toon: Bruno Guimarães shares cute pic of his happy hounds on plane to North East

Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimarães this afternoon took to social media to share pictures of his precious pooches as they headed Toon-bound by air.

The photographs shared to Twitter just after noon show the dogs comfy on a flight, en-route to finally be reunited with their owner - who has settled into the North East well since his arrival in late January.

Captioned 'Let’s go Newcastle', the snapshot shows that no expense was spared for Ragnar and Mel on the trip from Lyon in France to Newcastle in a private jet.

And NUFC fans and dog lovers alike wasted no time in sharing kind messages, as well as sharing photos of their own furry friends while replying to the Brazilian midfield maestro this afternoon.

KP, wrote: "Bruno my boy Theo loves gan for walks, wanna meet up at Town Moor on Sunday morning? x," while Matty Ridley added: "Gus can join the Bruno walking club."
