A new £400,000 boutique workout studio which will inspire people “in mind, body and spirit”, is set to open in Leeds this summer.
RYDE Studio will be located in Protection House, in East Parade, and is founded by entrepreneur Kyle Harris, who has been building a name for himself in the fitness industry.
It will feature two high-tech studios where people can take part in full-body workouts, high-energy classes, spin classes and more.

The studio's £400,000 investment has gone towards creating the brand, top of the range equipment and building a premium space befitting of a five-star hotel, from the studios to the changing rooms.
Boutique gyms have become more popular since the beginning of the pandemic as more bespoke studios could offer clients workouts via Zoom in the comfort of their homes during lockdown. Kyle wanted to bring a more personalised and welcoming service to Leeds after observing trends around the world including London and New York.
Speaking ahead of the launch, Kyle said: “In the midst of a global struggle over the past couple of years for so many, I took the opportunity to ignite my ideas and bring them to life - I am so excited for the upcoming launch of RYDE. A boutique studio in the heart of the city centre which is set to empower and inspire you in both mind, body and spirit.
“Whether you’re on the bike, in the studio or popping in for a coffee you’ll become a part of the community from the get-go! We have future plans to expand across the UK and beyond, with Leeds as our home-hub and founding studio. This is the start of something magical and we can not wait to welcome everyone this summer.”
