A new 250 capacity beer garden is opening in south Liverpool when lockdown ends.
The venue will have a large outdoor screen showing live sports throughout the summer.
Those visiting can enjoy street food and drinks outside, once venues are allowed to reopen on April 12.
The beer garden is being created outside Fletcher’s Sports Bar at Allerton Manor Golf Club.
The venue has free parking and the outdoor beer garden will feature covered seating, have covid safety measures in place and also be dog friendly. Bookings can be made here.
Fletcher's Bar opened back in May 2018 in the former home of the Fletcher family who built the Manor house in the 1800s. Inside the bar are multiple screens for watching live sporting events, and a huge range of craft beers.
Pubs and restaurants are currently closed due to the government lockdown but are due to reopen on April 12, under the roadmap plan. However, this is for outside table service only, so the addition of a large new beer garden means Fletcher’s can welcome more people for drinks and food when everywhere reopens.
Venues are expected to be able to welcome people back indoors from May 17.
