Netflix is down: Streaming site and app 'experiencing issues on all devices'

Netflix is currently experiencing 'issues streaming on all devices' this afternoon.

The popular TV and film streaming service has displayed an error message on its website saying they are 'working to resolve the problem'.

They also apologised for any inconvenience.

According to Down Detector, the error is affecting all different parts of the world, with people commenting from America, the UK and Finalnd.

One person said: "Down in Michigan on all platforms In my home. Cannot play it on my iPhone (wifi), my Xbox one or Xbox 360 (both hard connections)."

The Netflix outrage map depicts the UK and Europe as particularly affected by the crash.

Netflix customers have also taken to social media with comments of shock and anger.

One posted: "Netflix is down I’m absolutely mortified I wanna watch peaky blinders" while others posted gifs to express their anguish.

Netflix wrote on their website: "We are currently experiencing issues streaming on all devices.

"We are working to resolve the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience."

Update: Netflix is now working again.

Their websites states: "We are not currently experiencing an interruption to our streaming service."
