Nelson Agholor invites viral fan who saved kids from fire to an Eagles home game

Kudos to Nelson Agholor for turning a potential low moment in his career, into a highlight for all parties involved. Agholor had two touchdowns on Sunday against the Detroit Lions, but all most fans will remember are his two dropped passes and a fumble that led to points for the opposition.

Things got worse for Agholor on Monday morning when a video of Hakim Laws went viral for a hilarious reason. Laws, an Eagles fan, was explaining to reporters on the scene, what happened when an early morning fire sparked in West Philadelphia, and several children had to be rescued from the fast-moving blaze.

While explaining how kids were being thrown from the fire and being caught, Laws became a legendary figure for this shot at Agholor.

“I see a guy hanging out the window screaming that his kids were in there,” the witness said. “My man just started throwing babies out… and we were catching them, unlike Agholor and all his mishaps.”

Now Agholor wants to return the favor with a positive twist, inviting Laws and his family to the Eagles next home game for his heroic actions.
