Neil Lloyd: Edinburgh man reported missing as police growing 'increasingly concerned'

Officers in Edinburgh have asked for help in tracing Neil Lloyd, who was last seen on Saturday morning.

Lloyd, 25, was reported missing after he was last seen on Restalrig Crescent at around 1.50am. Locals are asked to get in touch immediately if they have any sightings of Neil.

He's described as white, 5'11" and of muscular build. He has brown hair and was reportedly last seen only wearing shorts.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "We are appealing for help to trace 25-year-old Neil Lloyd, who has been reported missing from Edinburgh.

"Neil was last seen on Restalrig Crescent, Edinburgh, heading towards Findlay Gardens around 1.50am on Saturday, April 8, 2023. Officers are concerned for his welfare and are asking the public to contact police immediately if they have any sightings of Neil.

"Neil is described as white, around 5ft 11in tall, and of muscular build. He has brown hair and was last seen wearing only a pair of shorts. We are becoming increasingly concerned for Neil as time passes.

“I am appealing for anyone who has seen Neil or who has any information on his whereabouts to contact us.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting 0308 of April 8, 2023.
