Neil Lennon in Ismaila Soro Celtic hint as boss admits squad dilemma for Clyde clash

Celtic boss Neil Lennon says he doesn't want to tinker with his high-flying side too much, but admits he will have to make changes for the Scottish Cup clash against Clyde.

The champions have stormed out the blocks after the winter break and have widened the gap at the top of the Premiership to seven points.

The Hoops are not just winning but doing it in style, scoring freely as they put four past Motherwell on Wednesday night.

Odsonne Edouard and Callum McGregor among others are in a rich vein of form at the moment and Lennon is wary of rotating his side against the League One outfit.

Asked if it was a dilemma for to juggle the changes, he said: "Yeah well, we'll have a look at it definitely.

"The game is on Sunday so we'll have a couple of days to decide. We will make a few changes, but not too many.

"You don't want to over do it though. Guys like Ryan (Christie) could do with the game and Mohamed Elyounoussi, he's coming back to fitness and might need some game time. We'll still be strong."

Celtic fans might also get to see new signing Ismaila Soro in action for the Scottish Cup tie against Clyde.

The midfielder signed in January from Bnei Yehuda but has yet to feature for his new employers.

When Lennon was asked if he could be involved, he responded: "Yeah, he might be in the squad."
