A parent has been left gobsmacked after receiving a note from her neighbour asking her to limit her 'small child's' outside time to 15 to 20 minutes a day - who also threatened to call the police.
TikTok user Dawny Dawn shared the 15-second video showing the full note posted by her neighbour, who she has lived next door to for one year. The note said that the neighbour had given her time to 'correct' the problem 'on her own'.
However as 'the problem' was still ongoing they were now willing to call the police if the 'disruptive' behaviour didn't stop, reports Hull Live . It says 'To Neighbour', with Dawny pre warning readers that they may have to pause the video to read the note in full.

The transcription posted to Tik Tok read: "Dear neighbour. I moved here a year ago and I wanted to give you time to correct this problem on your own, but you are apparently too inconsiderate to do so.
"Every day this week, when weather has been nice and windows are open, you proceed to let your small child run free in your garden, laughing and giggling and carrying on without end", the note continued.
"This is very disruptive for my two dogs and my bird who sits next to the window and likes to look into the garden. Perhaps you could ask your child to tone it down a bit.
"Or, at least limit her outside time to 15 to 20 minutes a day so my dogs can go outside without seeing her. If this behaviour persists I will call the police!", threatened the neighbour at the end of the note
The comments on the post can't be seen however the video racked up thousands of views on the popular video-sharing social media site.
