Liverpool fans have given their verdict on the agreement reached with Nottingham Forest for full-back Neco Williams.
The Wales international has been a key target for Steve Cooper this summer, with the 21-year-old likely to be brought in to replace Djed Spence, who is closing in on a move to Tottenham Hotspur. After entering advanced negotiations with Liverpool, various reports now claim that a fee has been agreed between the two teams. The transfer will see Forest pay a total of £17 million for the full-back.
Williams is now free to agree personal terms with Forest ahead of a potential move to the City Ground. Should he complete a transfer, then he will become the fifth signing of the summer.

Giulian Biancone, Dean Henderson and Moussa Niakhate have joined Taiwo Awoniyi as the new faces at the club in the past week as Steve Cooper looks to prepare his squad for the Premier League. Forest kick off their campaign against Newcastle United in just under a month.
