NBA superstar Kevin Durant is a big-time Washington Commanders fan. Having grown up in Maryland, Durant has been a fan of Washington his entire life. Since entering the NBA in 2007, Durant has been seen at several Washington games.
Durant watches every game and sometimes takes to social media to talk about the Commanders. Washington hosted the New York Giants on Sunday Night Football in another game that came down to the wire. As you may have heard, two of the final three plays for the Commanders were quite controversial.
Durant noticed.
A Giants fan tagged Durant with the following:
“LMAOOO what happened to the commanders??,” the fan said.
Durant didn’t miss a beat, using the graphic of Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel being mauled to offer a special holiday message to the fan.

The rookie from Oregon was outstanding on Sunday. Unfortunately for him, he doesn’t get to play Washington’s offensive line each week. Thibodeaux has three sacks this season; two have come against the Commanders.
