Notts County will fight to reclaim their place in the Football League at the first attempt under the Wembley arch if they make it through to the play-off final.
The National League has confirmed the final will be played at the iconic national stadium and it will be screened live on BT Sport who will also show all five play-off games.
Dates as to when Notts will play their semi-final are soon to be confirmed although it is expected they will play the winner from the game between Yeovil or Barnet on July 24/25.
A statement said: “The National League can confirm the 2019/20 Vanarama National League Promotion Final will take place at Wembley Stadium.
“The match is set to take place on Sunday August 2 at 3pm, and is the ninth consecutive promotion final to be held at the national stadium.
“Due to the current Government sporting guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic, the final will be behind closed doors.
“BT Sport will broadcast each of the five play-off games in the Vanarama National League.”
Chief Executive Michael Tattersall added: “The Vanarama National League promotion final is the most highly anticipated dates in our calendar.
“We are immensely proud to be staging our showpiece promotion final at the world’s most iconic football stadium once again.
“I would like to thank Wembley Stadium and the Premier League for their support in making this happen”.
Notts are fighting to claim their place back in the EFL just 12 months after they were relegated from League Two.
Neal Ardley's side are currently back in training and have posted no positive coronavirus tests since they reported back last month.
