Dubbed the “BIG CHEESE”, Nando’s is calling it the PERi Mac & Cheese — touted as the side with main character energy. No one puts cheese in the corner, and I have to respect it.
We start off with fluffy macaroni pieces, cooked to perfection. Then, the rich and gooey cheesy sauce is mixed in. I can literally hear the sound already.
The real star of the show here is the famous PERi-PERi crumb topping, creating a CRUNCH. I truly need to take a bite into the PERi Mac & Cheese ASAP.

The Nando’s PERi Mac & Cheese is finally being released in Australia on May 6 (that’s now!), for a limited time only.
I must say, I was having mad FOMO when I saw it all over my FYP and realised it was only available in the UK and Ireland. It’s finally our turn!!
You’ll have eight weeks to try it (or until stocks last) before it disappears for good. If you see me at Nando’s multiple times in a row, mind your business. I’m just staying nice and toasty for winter.
