Chicken chain giant Nando's has annoyed shoppers with the launch of its Christmas menu.
Last month, Nando’s announced the long-awaited return of its much-missed Fino Pitta and a range of festive faves in its latest menu shake-up - which was rolled across restaurants, click and collect and exclusively on Nando’s delivery this month.
Fan favourite Fino Pitta consists of a toasted pitta filled with two flame-grilled chicken thighs, grilled halloumi cheese, caramelised red onion relish and wild garlic aioli, topped with lettuce.

Other Christmas classics that have returned include Nando’s PERi-PERi Gravy for smothering over your meal, as well as its sweet & citrusy Spiced Clementine PERi-PERi baste.
There is also a 'new-and-improved' warm Rainbow Rice Bowl, featuring warmed spiced grains and long-stem broccoli with houmous, rainbow slaw, pickled golden carrot and a sprinkle of seeds.
But not everyone has been impressed with the new menu.
Posting a picture of its new clementine-spiced chicken with Peri-Peri gravy on Facebook, Nando's wrote: "In the festive spirit. Gravy and Spiced Clementine are back!"
People quickly flocked to slate what was missing.
"Nobody asked for this. Bring back chicken livers!" said one person.
Another added: "Bring back chicken livers."
"Bring back chicken livers!!" demanded yet another Nando's fan.
A fourth said "Bring back chicken livers, forget this cr*p" - to which somebody replied "Chicken livers with gravy sounds nice."
"I miss them so much," responded another person.
Nando’s brand-new menu is available in all UK restaurants now.
