'My Policeman', the upcoming film starring Harry Styles, Emma Corrin and David Dawson, is gearing up for its OTT release in India on November 4.
Ahead of the release, David, who plays Harry's on-screen love interest, opened up about how it really felt shooting the intimate scene. The Brit actor who plays Patrick, a museum curator, was asked in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter about shooting a sex scene with one of the biggest pop stars in the world.
Dawson revealed that it was in fact 'odd' shooting the intimate moment and said that the director had to yell "Cut" because "the two of us did laugh," he recalled.
He went on to add that there were just 4 people in the room as they shot the scene. "But we all just had a laugh, because that’s the best way to deal with it," he explained.
The film based on the novel by Bethan Roberts, is inspired by the life of famed British novelist E.M. Forster and his love triangle with a London police officer and the officer's wife, who became a good friend. 'My Policeman' releases in India on Prime Video next Friday.
