It's safe to say that there may be outfits in the workplace that can be classed as inappropriate to wear - and far from professional attire. Stephanie DaSilva was evidently shocked however, as she claims her manager pulled her up on a recent outfit she wore to work - a high-neck and long-sleeved dress that reached just short of her knees.
She went on to explain that her boss thought that warehouse workers would "harass" her for wearing it, though she did not share her place of work.
Taking the ordeal to popular video-streaming service TikTok, she shared the conversation in a video, which has surpassed a whopping 360,000 views since posting.
"Ready to quit at any moment," Stephanie admitted as she captioned the post.
In the viral clip, the TikToker spun around in a slow circle, spreading out her arms as she showed off the "inappropriate" outfit that she'd worn to work that day.
The blue shirt dress was high-neck and featured button detailing up to her neck, which was accompanied by a collar.
Stephanie had pushed the long sleeves to her elbows for comfort, whilst the hem of the dress reached just short of her knees.
Whilst the dress seemed fairly lengthy from the front, it was cut higher on either side of her thighs - and viewers are now claiming that this was where the manager's issue might have been.

Stephanie explained: "My manager wrote me up today for dressing inappropriately - too short.
"She said it would make the warehouse workers harass me.
"Sorry I look dope but honestly how is this inappropriate. Control your men then," she added.
"This just doesn't sit with me right."
Flocking to the comment section, users shared their honest thoughts about the ordeal. Whilst some thought that the manager was being unreasonable - others were on the fence about her work outfit.
"Contact HR and corporate… your manager is the one harassing you," one person suggested.
A second added: "You look super cute and professional."
On the other hand, another person wrote: "Maybe leggings underneath because if you lean over or climb ladders etc. Very nice dress by the way."
While a different user agreed: "It's the sides, they go up too high. You look cute but in a corporate setting this wouldn't fly."
