Urban regeneration specialists, Muse Developments, is to move its north west regional office to Riverside House, at the heart of its own New Bailey development.
The move follows a period of expansion in the region and also comes after the traditional ‘topping out’ ceremony, which was held recently to celebrate their new home reaching the highest point in its construction.
Overlooking the River Irwell and directly opposite Spinningfields, Riverside House will provide 11,000 sq ft of Grade-A commercial space close to Manchester city centre, just a stone’s throw from Salford Central train station.

The transformation of Riverside House by main contractor, Bardsley Construction, has seen the façade of the existing building, which dates back to the late 19th Century, retained with a new third floor, balcony and private roof-top terrace incorporated into the existing structure.
The structure has also been extended to provide a striking new gateway to New Bailey. A south-facing, outdoor terrace will also be delivered on the ground-floor.

Riverside House, is the smallest office building that forms part of the wider New Bailey scheme being delivered by the English Cities Fund – a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal & General and Homes England.
JLL and Cushman and Wakefield are the letting agents for the New Bailey scheme.
