A murder suspect has been remanded to appear at crown court tomorrow following the death of a trucker in Runcorn.
Rafal Marcin Seremak, 44, of no fixed address but from Wolomin in Poland, is accused of killing Miroslaw Iwaniuk, 50, also from Poland, during an incident on Wednesday evening.
Cheshire police said Mr Iwaniuk was taken to hospital by ambulance from a transport depot on Brindley Road in Astmoor Industrial Estate but died.

An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the lorry driver’s “sudden death” led to three men aged 47, 41 and 44 being arrested on suspicion of murder.
Seremak was charged with murder and was remanded into custody at North Cheshire Magistrates’ Court in Warrington on Saturday to appear at Chester Crown Court tomorrow.
The 47-year-old man was released without charge and the 41-year-old man was released on conditional bail pending further enquiries.
