Munster release stunning new kits for 2019-20 season

Munster have been dealt quite a few body blows over the past few weeks since their Champions Cup exit and their recent defeat to Leinster in the PRO14 semi-finals.

Jerry Flannery and Felix Jones have announced that they are to leave the province this month, while All Blacks legend Doug Howlett is to return back to New Zealand in August.

But finally the province's fans have woken up to good news as Munster have released new home and alternate kits for next season.

The breathtaking new designs are elegantly simple, but feature a unique inspiration that see sound waves ripple through the shirt.

CJ Stander (Munster Rugby)

Sound waves represent live audio recorded from Thomond Park in a tribute to Munster fans.

The home jersey's design represents Munster fans in full voice during a game, while the alternate jersey's design recreates Thomond Park's famous wall of silence, according to the province.

The kits are available to pre-order from retail partner Lifestyle Sports, but won't be on sale until June 21. Regular fit adult jerseys will set you back €80 while players fit jerseys will cost as much as €110, a child's shirt will cost €70.
