MUMBAI : The BEST's mobile app 'Chalo' for digital ticketing and passes has been downloaded by over a million commuters till now, spokesperson Manoj Varade announced on Wednesday evening.
Apart from e-tickets, the app provides Expected time of arrival of buses, with bus tracking system, and also gives users an indication of how many tickets have been sold in the bus so that he or she can gauge the crowd in the bus before it arrives at the bus stop.
You can choose your route and make travel plans before leaving home so that by the time you arrive at the bus stop, you are ready to board the bus of your choice. Also, you can make e-payments through the purse of the mobile app in advance for the ticket.
