A mum who survived a battle with Covid-19 is now raffling off her home for £3.
Yumi Palmer and her partner Matt are looking to flog their south London home and emigrate to Sydney, Australia, following the trauma of the pandemic.
She was diagnosed with the virus 24 hours before she was due to give birth in March last year, before Yumi and her baby went on to suffer a string of medical emergencies.
Despite the capital's sky-high housing prices seemingly meaning a huge loss, the couple's plan is actually quite ingenious, reports MyLondon.
The idea is for the humble price of a £3 ticket, those interested will be placed in a draw where the prize is the mortgage free three-bed townhouse in Coulsdon, Croydon.
What do you think of Yumi's plan? Let us know in the comments

Wholesale director Yumi said: "Despite everything and seeing things quite negatively until recently, I can honestly say [this] has enabled me to turn my thoughts around 360 - I'm feeling strong mentally, happy and grateful for the last year."
The property has great transport links and access to the heart of London, with London Bridge a 20 minute train journey away.
It's a new build with all the modern frills including good insulation and solar panels.

The couple also hope to raise £10,000 for Alzheimer's Society as Yumi's mum was diagnosed with the condition.
Raffling her home and planning the big move to Australia has helped Yumi get over the difficulties of the last year.
