Keeping your entire home smelling sweet can seem like an overwhelming task, but one cleaning fanatic has shared a quick and cheap tip to do just that.
Home and renovating influencer Charlotte Lock took to social media to share the trick she has called a "game changer."
Known on TikTok as @thebournemouthmum, the blogger explained how simply wiping household disinfectant on a radiator can keep your home smelling fresh.
The mum stated that she did not come up with the trick herself, crediting popular cleaning influencer Sophie Hinchcliffe, also known as Mrs Hinch, for the idea.
The video caption read: "I'm not sure how I know this trick but pretty sure I have @Mrshinchhome to thank for this!"
Charlotte explained: "Just found this out but this is a really really cheap trick to have your'e house smelling nice."
While she did not suggest a brand of disinfectant to use, variations of the cleaner are readily available from most supermarkets for as little as £1.50.
The video continued:"You're gonna need some of this disinfectant, make sure you go for the stuff that smells really good.
"Pour some on a tissue and literally wipe the tops of radiators with it."
For the hack to work, the heat of the radiator spreads the scent of the product throughout the home.
Some followers were already aware of this as Charlotte herself said she had just learned of the tip.

But most commenters were impressed, as the TikTok introduced them to the hack for the first time.
