A mum has praised the actions of a teenage boy after getting a knock on her car window.
The mum-of-three, who was parked in her car close to Borough Road, Seacombe, was surprised to hear a knock at her car window and was faced with a 'tall, blonde teenager'. The teen then passed her partner's wallet to her, which had fallen out of the car.
The woman took to social media to share her experience and many said it had "restored their faith" in youngsters.

The teenager, a pupil at St John Plessington Catholic High School, in Bebington, has been labelled 'a credit to his family' for his actions.
In a Facebook post, the mum called for his parents to reward the young man, she said: "If you live somewhere near Borough Road in Seacombe and have a tall, blond son who attends SJP, he deserves lots of treats this weekend. He’s just tapped on my car window and passed my partner’s wallet to me. It must have fallen off his lap as he got out of the car.
"Teenagers get more stick than they deserve and for every naughty one, there’s hundreds of amazing ones."
Many rushed to the comments to also share their praise for the young man, claiming the action shows that 'not all teenagers are bad.'
One comment said: "Despite all the poor publicity they get, the vast majority of our teenagers are thoroughly decent young people who will grow up to be adults of whom we can all be very proud."
While another added: "This has cheered me up no end. Well done to the young man and his family for raising such an honest child."
