A mum-of six has hit back at the trolls who criticise her for giving her kids meals from the freezer, insisting the most important thing is that they are "being fed".
Emma Williams regularly uploads videos of her busy family life on TikTok, and regularly faces criticism from people who judge her parenting style.
The mum-of-six recently uploaded a video to TikTok where she dished out dinner to five of her six children.
In the clip, the business owner could be seen adding chicken dippers, potato pops and spaghetti hoops onto her children's plates.
She wrote over the top of the video: "Let's dish up dinner for my 5.6 kids."
Hitting back at the trolls, Emma also added: "Freezer meals are still meals, children are still being fed."
Often when Emma uploads videos of freezer meals she is met with a barrage of people telling her to feed her kids "properly".
Most people praised the mum for being real, with one person saying: "As long as they have food in their bellies who cares what they are eating."

Another said: "It's a hearty warm meal, some children don’t even get that."
A third added: "Sometimes the best meals come from the freezer! Full tummies are happy tummies."
"Can we also remember that not everyone can afford fresh organic food?! It's so much more expensive than frozen and it's the same thing," commented another.
However, some people couldn't help shaming the mum for giving her kids freezer meals.
One asked: "Is it hard to cook a proper meal?".
"They probably are fed up of the same crap everyday," commented another.
"So unhealthy and not a great example - well done," added a third.
Emma regularly uses her TikTok platform to advocate for mothers helping other mothers, and not judging each other.
"As many of you know, I am a mother on TikTok who makes very simple, easy, sometimes freezer meals. Very easy, very child likeable food. The thing that I don't do is go over onto someone's page who gives their kids quinoa and these lunch boxes with all these different things that I know my kids would never eat and judge them."
