If you've ever found yourself struggling to scrape off the mess left behind when you remove a sticker from something you've just bought, Mrs Hinch fans may have come with an innovative solution.
Parents especially will be familiar with the sticky residue stickers leave behind on windows, furniture, mirrors and just about anywhere else your children choose to leave them.
Of course, you can buy products to solve the problem, such as Sticky Stuff remover or HG Sticker Remover, but the answer to the problem might cost as little as 45p if you don't have any at home anyway.

The wonder product is no other than hand sanitiser, and thanks to the pandemic, most households probably have a bottle or two stashed away ready to be pressed into action. If not, it can be bought from shops from as little as 45p.
On the Mrs Hinch Cleaning Tips Facebook page, one stressed woman wrote: "How do you remove the shop stickers that won't budge from the glass within photo frames?"
Many fans of the cleaning guru suggested hand sanitiser to get rid of the irritating stick mess. "Hand gel", someone suggested, and another agreed, commenting: "Hand sanitiser."
Hand sanitiser works thanks to the alcohol in the product, which helps to cut through the adhesive of the sticker. You just need to rub it onto the sticker, let it sit for a few minutes, and then you can scrape the sticker off.
