"Selfish" drivers have been shamed for "disrespectful" pavement parking near a Merseyside beauty spot.
Many people have been flocking to the Sefton coast to make the most of the hot weather.
However, the parking of some drivers has not gone down well with people living locally.

One man, from Ainsdale, said: "I am sick to death of the totally disrespectful parking on Shore Road on a daily basis.
"What makes visitors think it is acceptable to park on the pavement to avoid a yellow line?
"Initially I thought it would be just a matter of dropping off a parcel or something, but no. The people involved have been there now into a second hour."
Responding to his post on a neighbourhood app, which included a photo of a black car parked entirely on the pavement, others have shared similar experiences.
One woman wrote: "I have reported four vans with with all four wheels parked on the pavement on Shore Road just this morning alone.
"There was actually space for each of the vans to park on the road and cause no obstruction to moving traffic."
A man replied, saying: "I am a wheelchair user and it's often impossible to stay on the pavement [because of parked cars]
"I have to get off the pavement and into the street which, as you can imagine, is difficult because drivers have little time for people in wheelchairs blocking their roads."
Another wrote: "Hopefully the new law will soon be adopted in Sefton which prohibits parking of any part of a vehicle on a pavement.
"It is already the law in London."
One woman said: "The number of pavement parkers we are seeing, this might be the most selfish parking the area has seen to date."
More information about what you can do about nuisance parking can be found on Merseyside Police's website.
