ManpowerGroup Thailand is accepting applications for its "Manpower Talent Academy (MTA)" programme which is designed for those wishing to train as top-notch recruiters.
Representing an important step in the development of new recruitment professionals and strengthening of the human resources industry in Thailand, the programme will take place during the period of February to April.
It is open to holders of a bachelor's degree with or without working experience, those who want to change career paths, and people who wish to learn and experience real ways of locating the right person for the right job as well as providing jobs to suit people.
Experts from all departments of ManpowerGroup will be on hand to pass on their wealth of knowledge through a special curriculum that has been designed in a succinct, concise and easy-to-understand manner.
Encompassing the curriculum are skills in professional recruitment, persuasive interviews and negotiations -- considered an important soft skill and essential for working in this era.
During the programme, chosen participants will be able to try out actual work assignments and receive employee compensation starting from 12,000 baht, in addition to receiving a commission if they are able to close job orders.
Upon completion of training and passing criteria specified by the company, trainees will be considered for permanent employment immediately without a probationary period.
Eligible applicants must have a bachelor's degree in either arts, psychology, tourism and hospitality, English, business administration or other related fields.
They must be able to communicate in English (with minimum Toeic score of 600); be motivated to work, eager to learn and able to adapt well; and have good workplace ethics.
