The Arizona Cardinals will announce their seven Day 3 draft picks on Saturday from historic Tombstone, Arizona, as it was reported nearly a month ago. It is the third straight year in which they have announced Day 3 picks from a historic site in the state. Previously, they have done it from the Grand Canyon and Williams on Route 66.
Three former Cardinals players will be on site to help announce the picks. The team announced Kyle Vanden Bosch, Jeremy Bridges and Ben Patrick will announce picks, as will a season ticket holder.
Karlos Dansby and Larry Centers will announce the team’s picks in the second and third rounds on Friday.
The Cardinals will announce the first pick of Day 3, the first pick of the fourth round, from the O.K. Corral, the site of the legendary gunfight led by the brothers Wyatt and Virgil Earp brothers and Doc Holliday in 1881.
There will also be a number of events fans in attendance.
Every NFL team will announce their Day 3 selections from special locations.
