Money-savvy shoppers discover massive 70% off discounts at Boohoo and ASOS 'outlet'

Fashion lovers who shop at ASOS and Boohoo could be saving a tonne of money on their orders - if they know where to look. Those looking to update their wardrobe for the spring season could be missing out on nearly 70 per cent off their favourite shops, with some prices as low as £1.20.

The online retailers both have a little-known section on their sites that sees huge reductions in prices, giving shoppers some serious bargains, The Mirror reports.

Those who have ever visited Cheshire Oaks will know that you can get amazing designer picks for cheaper at outlet stores - but even some of the more affordable fashion retailers have their own mega discount section filled with cut-price clothing.

Boohoo’s outlet is particularly good for winter coats and dresses at the moment, with some super on-trend long padded jackets down from £60 to just £18 as well as £30 jeans now only £9. There’s even a £36 white dress down from £120 which could be ideal if you’re a bride on a budget.

ASOS, being a bigger retailer all round, boasts around 75,000 items available but offered up endless sportswear on the first page. This included name brands like Puma, Nike, Adidas and Under Armour, with a range of trainers, leggings and tops all up for grabs.

One of the insane price drops we found was a faux fur lined coat down from £210 to just £46.50, in multiple colours.

Outlet stores are essentially a year-round sale, with companies offloading their overstock items and previous collections with big discounts. Traditionally, they started as a way to sell broken or returned stock but now it's a way to shift items that would usually need to be destroyed.

As the items are extra stock or end of season, it means once they're gone there will be no restock so keen shoppers might want to jump to it and grab some incredible deals.
