Molly-Mae Hague shows off piles of presents under tree after bagging £1m PLT contract

Molly-Mae Hague is getting into the Christmas spirit as she showed off heaps of presents piled up under her tree.

The lavish display comes after Molly Mae bagged a £1million PrettyLittleThing contract this year.

Taking to her Instagram, the 22-year-old former Love Island star shared a festive snap of her decorated Christmas tree, with stacks of expensive looking presents underneath.

Molly-Mae’s tree was filled with stylish gold baubles, bows and foliage, and the gifts were even colour-matched to her decorations.

Rolls of wrapping paper could be seen to one side of the snap, suggesting the model and influencer had been trying to get ready for the big day later this month.

In another snap, a giant nutcracker statue can be seen, alongside another chic decorated wreath.

Back in August, Molly-Mae became the new creative director for PrettyLittleThing in the UK and Europe, and she’ll be able to splash the cash at Christmastime as the deal was reportedly worth seven figures.

“This is the biggest move in my career so far and I can’t explain my gratitude to my favourite brand in the world for trusting me with this role,” she said in a statement at the time.

Her cheerful festive post comes just days after she confessed she was struggling through a bad bout of anxiety in a new video on her YouTube channel.

Molly-Mae said she had deleted the ‘toxic and horrendous’ Twitter app from her phone in an effort to focus on her mental health, as she revealed she had been going through a tough time since her and boyfriend Tommy Fury ’s flat was burgled in October.

More than £800,000 worth of belongings - including jewellery - were snatched in the raid on the couple’s Cheshire flat.

“It's just not a good platform, especially at the moment,” she said of Twitter. “Right now, I've been going through the hardest period of my entire life.”

“I've been dealing with emotions that I've never experienced before. I've been having a massive battle with anxiety recently,” Molly-Mae explained.

She previously opened up about the terrifying robbery, which occurred when she and boyfriend Tommy were in London, and said they were left with ‘not a lot of stuff at all’ following the incident.

“It was without a doubt the worst thing that's ever happened to me, to us, I'd probably say. It was just awful, horrendous, terrible. So we have been dealing with a lot,” she stated.

Some fans were surprised she’d shared a snap of her new home, as during an interview on the podcast Diary of a CEO, Molly-Mae insisted she would never share some details of her personal life again.

“I'm trying to work on this new balance of sharing but not over-sharing. I can't have anybody knowing where I live, even food delivery firms. It's not safe,” she added.
