Model exposes creepy men who message her to hook-up despite having girlfriends

A model has exposed creepy men who message her to hook-up, despite having girlfriends. Chloe Sheldrake, 22, claims a number of people message her on fake accounts on social media to send seedy requests.

The Page 3 star from Essex says she loves her modelling career and thriving OnlyFans account but she did concede that there is a downside to her success. She claims some men have slid into her DMs and made her worry about her safety.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Chloe said: “I have had some strange messages from men before. I just tend to ignore or block them.

"They seem to think they can get away with this but they shouldn’t be able to.

“I was watching the Emily Atack documentary recently and she also mentioned this. I really enjoyed watching it as I’ve had these strange men say things to me before and they can become really obsessed, it can be really scary.

“I’ve had men that have wanted to pay me to find out my postcode so that was a bit scary for me as I didn’t know why they wanted my address and if they would stalk me! I've also had people text me on fake accounts saying they know me – and even though they have a girlfriend, they want to sleep with me.”

Chloe has called for social media companies to take action against inappropriate messages (Supplied by Chloe Sheldrake)

She added: “That is disgusting and so inappropriate. Most are on fake accounts and are very hidden up so you can’t find their real identity but some even use their real name!”

The 22-year-old says that these kinds of messages leave her feeling upset that people can do or say these things and get away with them. She also worries about the validity of the messages, as it can be difficult to determine whether someone is trolling or not.

Chloe believes the people running the biggest social media companies should be doing more to crack down on inappropriate comments made online. She said “I really think social media should be taken more seriously these days and really put these vile messages or inappropriate messages into their system and keep a watch on it more.

“They should block accounts over it as people are so quick to make accounts after being blocked. I think we should really try and protect women more on social media.”

Despite her setbacks, the model isn’t going to let these messages distract her from achieving her lofty dreams. This year, she says that she would love to be on the cover of Playboy magazine, just like her idol Pamela Anderson.

Chloe said: “I’m getting my hair done the same colour as Pamela as I want to be a true bunny girl. All my life I’ve loved Playboy and watching the new documentary of Pamela has made me want to achieve my dreams more as she is such an inspiration to me!

“It would boost my confidence so much to be able to shoot for Playboy and always look back at myself in the magazine.”
