Minister Stephen Donnelly has promised "much better days ahead" as Ireland's first change in lockdown restrictions nears.
From Monday, the 5km limit will extend to county-wide, you can meet one other household outdoors and residential construction returns.
And speaking on Sunday afternoon, the Minister for Health has given an update on Ireland's "pathway out of this pandemic" after "a very challenging period".
The Fianna Fail politician said that the "really good progress" is thanks to the hard work of everyone, and that the end line is in sight.
Minister Donnelly said: "It is as important as ever as we begin to open our society that we don't let our guard down.

"Our vaccination programme hit a milestone this week with over one million vaccines administered.
"We will continue to see the positive impact it has for everyone - already the benefits are really evident, with cases in nursing homes and hospitals and among healthcare workers falling dramatically.
'"There are much brighter days ahead.
"The plan is working and if we all stick with it that bit longer.....we can all look forward to a much better summer."
