Mike Daniels makes his Lions practice debut

It took nearly a month, but the Detroit Lions finally got to see defensive tackle Mike Daniels in action on Monday. The defensive tackle was a participant in individual drills in practice for the first time since coming to Detroit in July.

Daniels is continuing to recover from a foot injury he suffered last year as a member of the Green Bay Packers. He missed the final five games of 2018. The injury was part of the reason why the Packers parted ways with the Pro Bowl defensive tackle.

It is unknown if Daniels will play in Friday’s third preseason game against the Buffalo Bills at Ford Field.
