A Midlothian toddler has been raising money for the NHS by walking up and down his garden in his first-ever pair of shoes.
One-year-old Jensen from Roslin, has raised almost 300 pounds so far by toddling two lengths of his garden every day to raise funds for NHS Lothian.
Proud mum Samantha Wright spoke to Edinburgh Live about how she was inspired to take action after seeing the incredible work of Captain Tom Moore - a 99-year-old war veteran who raised millions for the NHS by walking up and down.
Samantha said: "My one-year-old son Jensen started walking while we were stuck in lockdown.
"At the time I was so inspired by Captain Tom Moore walking for the NHS and we wanted to do something too.
"We ordered Jensen his first-ever pair of walking shoes and now he is doing two lengths of the garden every day to raise funds for NHS Lothian."
Mum Samantha has been sharing Jensen's JustGiving page with Midlothian locals and is overwhelmed with the positivity she has received.
She said: "I have been sharing this with my Roslin neighbors and Midlothian locals and it has had a great response.
"Hopefully we can raise some more money for whatever NHS Lothian needs right now."
