Michigan OT Jalen Mayfield to enter 2021 NFL Draft

Another top prospect is making the early jump to the pros amid uncertainty surrounding the upcoming college football season.

Michigan offensive tackle Jalen Mayfield announced via social media Tuesday that he’ll be declaring for the 2021 NFL Draft:

One of the top prospects at his position in this year’s class, Mayfield has first-round potential, even with a potentially deep group of offensive tackles available.

With the Big Ten postponing their 2020 college football season and hopes to potentially play in the spring, Mayfield clearly thinks his best bet will be to go ahead and start preparing himself for the draft process.
