Former Liverpool striker Michael Owen has predicted Leeds United to pull off a shock victory against Arsenal today.
The Gunners have won each of their last two Premier League outings, clinching a 3-0 victory against Southampton last weekend before recording a vital 2-0 win against top-four rivals West Ham United in midweek.
Still, both of those victories were at their familiar Emirates Stadium whilst the game against Leeds will be at Elland Road, with Mikel Arteta's side struggling away from home this season.
Now, ex-Manchester United star Owen has had his say on the highly-anticipated fixture, predicting that Marcelo Bielsa's men will secure a famous win against the north Londoners.
“Bielsa looked like he couldn’t believe what happened at the Etihad,” he wrote for BetVictor. “It was a disastrous showing and is one of the worst results of the Argentine’s career. Leeds will be desperate to show their best here.
“That win over West Ham on Wednesday has now put Arsenal into the top four. I don’t think they’ll stay there but after a poor start to the season, it’s impressive stuff.
“The atmosphere for this one will be fantastic. Leeds are firmly in the relegation mix and they need a big win to kickstart their season. I think they’ll get it here.”
Owen's prediction: 2-1
However, Liverpool icon Mark Lawrenson disagrees with Owen, predicting Arsenal to secure all three points despite their faltering away form.
Writing for the BBC, Lawrenson said: "Leeds will be feeling low after they were hammered by Manchester City on Tuesday, and injuries have taken their toll on Marcelo Bielsa's side.

"So, although Arsenal's away form has been decidedly ropey of late, I fancy them to get something at Elland Road.
"The Gunners still need to be more consistent on the road but they are up in fourth place, which is pretty much as good as they could hope for.
"Mikel Arteta's side don't always play well, but they are rarely a pushover these days, which is a good sign."
Lawrenson's prediction: 1-2
