The Grove XXIII in Florida is Michael Jordan’s golf course that opened in 2019, and the GOAT figured out a perfect solution in 2020 to ensure social distancing: drone delivery!
Seriously. This is a thing. Former tennis pro Caroline Wozniacki showed video of her snacks being delivered by drone in the middle of the course, which is smart but also super cool.
There are also apparently scooters caddies can drive in case they need to look ahead on a hole. It really does feel like this is straight out of a Saturday Night Live Stefon sketch — “This club has EVERYTHING: drones, caddie scooters, Michael Jordan … ”
