Alejandro Xenón Fonseca Estrada, a programme presenter with EXA FM, a local radio station based in Villahermosa, the capital of the Mexican state of Tabasco, has been shot dead. He hosted a show called "El Padrino" (The Godfather) and was known as "Padrino Fonseca." He campaigned against organised crime and was putting up stickers criticising abductions when he was murdered.
