Met Office's Friday forecast for Leeds as rain expected

Leeds is set to see the wet weather return again on Friday, according to the Met Office.

The latest forecast predicts Leeds will see similar weather to much of West Yorkshire, which can expect the day will start dry but become increasingly breezy through the morning.

The cloudy conditions in the morning will give way to light showers in the early evening.

So if you are heading out after 6pm, you may wish to pack an umbrella, from this point onward the chance of precipitation rises, peaking at 50 per cent and remaining at a high level until 10pm.

The temperature will reach 16°C when it is warmest and drop to 9°C when it is coolest. Sunrise will be at 5.21am and sunset will be at 8.45pm.

UV and pollen levels will both be moderate, but pollution levels will remain low.
