Summer is finally here in the UK, with much of the country seeing sunny skies and warm weather all weekend.
And that lovely weather is set to continue over the next week or so, with temperatures climbing even higher in Leeds. Some forecasters have predicted temperatures climbing up to 25C due to an African heat plume pushing hot air across the country around the end of May or start of June.
Forecasters aren't quite predicting 25C over the next two weeks in Leeds - but we could be coming pretty close. This weekend has been pleasantly warm, and that's set to continue for at least the next week or so.

The Met Office offers a seven-day forecast, and is predicting the hottest days for Leeds within that time to be Monday, May 22 and Wednesday, May 24. Both of those are set to see highs of 20C, with mostly full sun and some wisps of cloud.
Looking more long range, the Met Office says it will stay warm inland in Yorkshire, with temperatures "likely above average for this time of year".
BBC Weather offers a 14-day forecast, and is predicting it to get even hotter in that time. According to the BBC, it could be reaching 23C in Leeds by Monday, May 29, with that lasting until at least Saturday, June 3.
The hottest the BBC is forecasting Leeds to get is 24C on Wednesday, May 31. May 31 in Leeds is currently set for a mix of cloud and sun, with low winds and very little chance of rain.
