Mercedes ends up in garden hedge after high-speed police chase

  • A Mercedes was involved in a high-speed police chase in Northamptonshire, reaching speeds of 130mph from Kettering towards Wellingborough.
  • The driver, Casey Edwards, weaved through roads before crashing into another vehicle and a garden hedge.
  • Edwards attempted to flee on foot but was quickly apprehended and arrested by police.
  • He was sentenced at Northampton Crown Court to 26 months’ imprisonment and disqualified from driving for 31 months for dangerous driving, failing to stop, and driving without insurance.
