Two men have been arrested for drink and drug-driving after back-to-back police chases.
Officers led the high-speed pursuit of a White Fiesta on the M8 at Heartlands in the early hours of Wednesday, June 15.
Forth Valley and Livingston Road Policing units also assisted.
The vehicle was stolen, and although it eventually pulled over in the Uphall area, the car was dumped and the driver fled the scene on foot.

A 24-year-old male was later found hiding nearby, and was arrested for multiple offences including drink-driving, driving with no licence or insurance, dangerous driving and failing to stop for police.
There were no injuries and no damage caused to the vehicle in question.

The incident came after a black Audi was involved in a similar police chase earlier that evening in the village of Longriggend, Airdrie.
The car had to be stunted with a stinger spike - a device that penetrates tyres - to get it to stop.
A 38-year-old male has been arrested for multiple offences including drink and drug-driving and failing to stop for police.
