Mel B struggled through her Spice Girls rehearsals today after a late night of partying with her niece.
The pop star, 43, hit the town with Tillie Amartey, 16, to dance the night away at a swanky private members club in London.
Actress Tillie posted videos of the pair twerking on the dance floor as they let their hair down together.
She wrote of her famous aunt :"She still got it. Living the chilled life."
In the morning, Mel shared a video which showed her struggling to get out of bed before later adding clips of her Spice Girls rehearsals.
The videos showed her trying to practice her routine for Spice up Your Life, but she fluffed it after just a couple of seconds.
Another clip showed Mel managing a couple of the moves before forgetting and stopping the dance.

There already appears to have been plenty of drama at rehearsals as the band prepare for their reunion tour this summer.
Mel B has had to spend much of the time rehearsing on her own in Los Angeles, where she lives, while her bandmates worked without her in London.
She recently moved over so she could focus on the training, but there's been rumours of issues with bandmate Geri Horner.

The pair were said to have been at odds after Mel claimed the pair slept together back in the '90s.
They were later seen appearing to avoid each other at rehearsals.
The Sunday Mirror also revealed that Mel got snubbed from a group hug while the singers were filming an ad for Walkers crisps.
The pictures showed Geri embracing Emma Bunton and Mel C, but Mel B was nowhere to be seen.
The band's tour kicks off in June.
