Meghan Markle's pal 'accidentally sent her voice note complaining about her emojis'

A friend of Meghan Markle accidentally sent the duchess a voice memo complaining that she sent too many emojis, it has been claimed.

It's alleged the WhatsApp faux pas soured the pair's relationship and the two are no longer close friends.

"One of Meghan's British friends fell out with her because Meghan was writing all these messages with loads of emojis," a source told the Daily Mail.

"The friend dictated a WhatsApp voice note saying, 'God, Meghan is so annoying with all her emojis, she keeps sending me all these emojis'."

But it was claimed the message was accidentally sent to Meghan herself.

The source claimed: "But then the friend sent the voice memo to Meghan herself by accident instead of sending it to a mutual friend."

The reports come as Piers Morgan launches a blistering defence of his views and opinions on Meghan.

The ex-GMB host has written a 7,000 word blow-by-blow account of his reaction to Meghan and Harry's Oprah Winfrey interview earlier this month.

Piers refuses to believe Meghan's claims of racism within the Royal Family, which have been supported by her husband, and sensationally quit the ITV breakfast programme after a record number of Ofcom complaints.

Piers took aim at Meghan Markle in his latest column and said her claims were a 'disgraceful betrayal' (ITV)

He has insisted that his negative views on Meghan have nothing to do with her "ghosting him".

In his article, he said: "Because she 'ghosted' me four years ago after we'd been friendly for 18 months.

"I genuinely couldn't care less about that, but it was informative as to her character, especially when I saw her do the same thing to many other people, including her own father – I felt the steam rising inside me."

Piers then goes on in the in the Mail on Sunday to suggest that Alex Beresford was using the moment to "make a name for himself".

Piers' latest article came over two weeks after he dramatically stormed off GMB before later announcing that he had quit the show.

It came after an investigation was launched against ITV and the outspoken presenter after some 57,121 OfCom complaints flooded in following his criticism of Harry and Meghan.

Since leaving the show, he has continued to scornfully take aim at Meghan and expressed doubt over the veracity of her claims.
