A group of Scots mums are battling lockdown loneliness with a podcast that has amassed over 40,000 listeners in just a few weeks.
Eilidh Wells, Ash Reid and Lauren Kerr launched The Good Motherhood (TGM) in late December.
The Glasgow mums chat everything from labour stories, to questionable fashion choices, mum guilt, Christmas hacks and more, in bi-weekly episodes.

Their aim of trying to emulate 'having a coffee and a chat with your pals' has worked, with fans responding in their droves.
With Scotland still in lockdown the trio realise the power of a podcast now more than ever.
Eilidh, 31, told the Record: "We felt that after a really rubbish year, we wanted to put something new out there that would help to unite mums who could just do with having a few friendly voices to listen to.

"We've had mums say they'd been struggling with the loneliness and lack of social interaction since they've been at home with the kids for so long."
The content creator, who's mum to Oliver, four and Marcus, two added: "They've said that our podcast has given them a friendly voice and some adult conversation to listen to.
"It's so lovely to think it's been a comfort to someone."

Fellow content creator Ash, 28, has been at home in lockdown with her five-year-old daughter, Ella and son, Charlie, three.
She added: "We did receive one message from a lovely girl whose mum had recently moved abroad just before the pandemic began.
"In listening to our podcast she admitted to crying and said she felt like she was 'just sitting chatting with her mum'.
"Messages like that really make it worthwhile and incredibly humbling to know that we can help in some way. "

Social media manager, Lauren has a full house with Jack, nine, Nora, three and two-year-old Willis.
"We often wonder, because we are just ‘normal mums’ that maybe TGM would be boring . . . but actually, that’s what people love," she said.
"It’s that everyday, relatable conversation that lots of people can say ‘been there, done that' and have an empathetic laugh along with us.
"This has surely got to be the loneliest year for the masses, if we can make one person smile, give a bit of company or feel like they have a friendly voice to listen to and give some grown up chat then our mission is complete."

With seven children, and three husbands, between them, TGM team understand how difficult the pandemic has been for Scots families.
Eilidh said: "It's been difficult at times to juggle working from home and entertaining the kids especially during the winter.
"But having the community online to chat to and share ideas with has been really helpful."

Ash added: "Some days I can feel really positive and enjoy having this gift of time with the children at home and then some days I want to take the dog the long route home from the walk.
"I think everyone, regardless of their background, is affected by this mentally."
Lauren said: "It's affected us all differently and people are struggling with things from loneliness and guilt to stress and sleep deprivation so it's been hard for everyone.

"There's a phrase that we're all in the same storm, but not necessarily in the same boat and I think that sums it up perfectly."
