Mauricio Pochettino names the two characteristics that can help Spurs win the top-four battle

Spurs can move back into third in the Premier League table on Saturday providing they beat Huddersfield Town at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Looking set to be in title contention with Liverpool and Man City back in February, a bad run of results has seen the team slip down the table in recent weeks.

Chelsea are currently in third at present following their win over West Ham on Monday evening, although they have played a game more than the Lilywhites, Arsenal and Manchester United.

Spurs do have a tricky few games to come over the next few weeks and Mauricio Pochettino doesn't believe his side are favourites ahead of the other three sides.

However, he does believe Spurs possess two qualities that can see them come out on top.

"Watching the past few years, I don't believe we are favourite," he said at his pre-match press conference. "I think we are below them, but in our belief and our confidence maybe we are above them.

"We trust in ourselves and confident we are going to get the top four.

"Of course, it is going to be tough and it's so exciting and amazing for everyone, for us not too much.

"It will be fantastic to achieve the top four at the end of the season after a very difficult year and all that happened from the beginning.

"To be in the position we are today is amazing and if we finish in the top four it will be more than fantastic."
