Matt O'Riley says his experiences at Celtic have prepared him for life at Marseille.
The central midfielder is currently on loan at the French club from Brighton and Hove Albion, whom he joined from the Bhoys in a deal worth £25million last summer.
O'Riley has made four appearances so far for Marseille and was put up for media duty ahead of their Champions League clash with Ajax at the Orange Velodrome this evening.
In the press conference, a French journalist asked O'Riley: "You played one season at Celtic Glasgow. I wanted to know what notable difference you noticed between what you experienced at Celtic in terms of enthusiasm, in terms of fervour, compared to what you currently experience at Olympique de Marseille. Thank you."

The 24-year-old replied, saying: "I have not been here so long yet, so I need more time here to answer that question, but I can only speak for both clubs being very big and very passionate.
"It’s a big privilege to play in front of these fans who are so passionate and have so much love for football. Of course, there’s pressure that comes with that, but there's more of a responsibility, which I really enjoy.
"Of course, I have that experience with Celtic, needing to win every single game, and that's prepared me for coming to Marseille."
Marseille do not have an option to buy O'Riley. They paid Brighton €2m plus add-ons to have him on loan for the campaign.
Roberto De Zerbi's side currently sit third in Ligue 1, three points off leaders Paris Saint-Germain after six games.
