Matalan shoppers were impressed with its "lush" Mother's Day gifts aimed at nans.
Retail stores remain closed due to ongoing lockdown restrictions brought on by the coronavirus pandemic.
But Prime Minister Boris Johnson last month confirmed non-essential retailers such as clothing and homeware stores, betting shops, electronics stores and more could begin to reopen from April 12.

Like many retailers, Matalan has been keeping shoppers updated on its stock via social media.
Taking to Instagram, Matalan shared a photo of a line-up of Mother's Day inspired gifts aimed at nans.
The available products have been designed in a floral print, in either a peach or white colour, and include a snow globe, a glasses case, a candle and more.
The products are printed with the words, "the world's loveliest nan".
Captioning the image, Matalan said: "Show her she’s the greatest nan with our gorgeous range of gifts."
And the range proved a hit among shoppers, with the photo racking up more than 2,500 likes.
