Massive 125 acre Baldoyle sites with potential for 1,600 homes go on sale for €42 million

Massive 125 acre sites in North Dublin with potential to develop 1,600 homes has gone on sale with a price tag of €42 million.

The sites, located in Baldoyle, are being sold as part of 'Project Shoreline'.

They have been brought to the market by Savills on instruction of receivers Tom O’Brien and Simon Coyle of Mazars.

The development comes with planning permission for 546 residential units and is split into two “growth areas”.

With further planning permission, this could see the number of housing units increase to 1,600.

John Swarbrigg, Director at Savills Ireland said: “Project Shoreline is a unique opportunity to develop a significant residential scheme within an established residential destination.

"It offers coastal living and excellent connectivity to Dublin City Centre."

Receiver, Tom O’Brien of Mazars added: “In recent years, Baldoyle has transformed from a quiet seaside village into a popular residential location.

"Project Shoreline is an exciting and unique opportunity to create a landmark development in an excellent location that will have wide appeal and further enhance this vibrant community."
