Masked Dancer viewers have declared Knickerbocker Glory's identity is a 'done deal' after an undisguised voice clue gave them away as Strictly judge Craig Revel-Horwood.
For many fans of the show and the panel, Knickerbocker Glory has proved to be one of the hardest to pin down, with the panel guessing a string of both male and female stars.
The likes of Ru Paul's Drag Race UK star Baga Chipz, fashionista and This Morning regular Gok Wan, Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden and Strictly finalist and Paul Daniels' widow Debbie McGee are in the bookies Masked Dancer odds to be Knickerbocker Glory.
But the favourite is Craig after viewers picked up on a clue given on Tuesday night's show, with his involvement cemented by a clip of his voice that played out on Thursday, when David Walliams joined the panel.
One of the clues given by Knickerbocker Glory earlier in the week was: "As a young scoop I won a ____ contest with my jelly _" and the statement marries up with something Craig divulged in his memoir that he once won a a cooking contest with a jellied prawn cocktail.
That landed on many Masked Dancer viewers' radar and then after a performance to Todrick Hall's Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels in the quarter final, panellist Oti Mabuse said there was "only one person" she knew who could dance like that, her Strictly colleague Craig.
And then came the 'word up' clue which saw Knickerbocker Glory use their real voice which sounded very much like Craig's.
Having a big change of heart, one viewer tweeted: "I was utterly convinced that Knickerbocker Glory was a woman - but, having heard that voice, I'm now 100% certain that it's Strictly's own Craig Revel Horwood, hiding under the costume. How fabulous, daaaah-ling!"
Equally convinced, another posted: "It’s 100% Craig Revel Horwood. I’ve been convinced since the beginning and that voice only confirmed it for me," and a third reacted: "That's definitely craig revel horwood, that's his voice"
