Marcus Rashford makes 'Tottenham transfer decision' as Antonio Conte gifted Gleison Bremer boost

Here are your latest Tottenham news stories for Friday, June 10.

Rashford decision

Marcus Rashford is set for talks with new Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag ahead of the summer transfer window, according to reports. It comes amid reported interest from Tottenham, with the market officially opening on Friday.

In a bid to add depth and quality to his squad, Antonio Conte has been linked with a number of options. However, the latest was Marcus Rashford, with his agent confirming the Lilywhites opened talks over a move, but a price tag of £70million set makes the move tough.

The 24-year-old only has one year remaining on his contract at Old Trafford but struggled in the past season with getting regular first-team minutes. This has opened up speculation surrounding his future at the club.

Moura decides future

It seems that a decision may have been made about Lucas Moura's Tottenham future, as he opened up about his conversations with the club this week. The Brazilian has been one player who has had question marks raised over his future in north London.

Since last year, the Brazilian has spoken about the prospect of him returning to Sao Paulo. After Spurs' final home game of the season in the 2021/22 campaign, Moura seemed more likely to remain at Tottenham, making comments about next season.

"[It's a] huge pleasure for me to be here. Every year, every training session, every game, I come and give my best because they [fans] deserve and the feeling is amazing," he admitted.

"The most important for us is to give our best on the pitch to see them like this. Let's fight for more next season and fight for a trophy because they [fans] deserve it."

Bremer boost

Tottenham's pursuit of Gleison Bremer may have been boosted, with Alessandro Bastoni's plans to stay at Inter Milan seemingly confirmed on Wednesday. The Italian's representatives explained that he would "definitely stay" at Inter, and the defender took to Instagram and commented with love hearts, potentially confirming the decision.

football.london had been reporting that Bastoni was one player on Spurs' radar. However, the deal looked a more difficult one to secure, as the defender is reportedly very happy with his current club.
